Job description:
- be responsible for capacity building within the organisation and overseeing the implementation of the French contribution to the STAR-C program.
- coordinate and maintain cooperation with the main stakeholders (authorities of member countries, donors, international organizations, private and financial sectors).
- support the partners of the ASI in the identification and the promotion of solar energy programs to implement the initiatives launched for the acceleration of solar energy projects.
- carry out policy and needs analysis work in ISA member countries in order to provide recommendations for ISA support.
- collaborate with those responsible within the ASI responsible for mobilising funding and partnerships.
